Mission Statement

The goal of this website is to use all the Strategies for Enhancing Adherence to Exercise. We used six categories of techniques used to improve exercise adherence. Our website incorporates these concepts into an introductory exercise course in order to promote optimal wellness. We employed strategies from Behavior modification approaches, Reinforcement approaches, Cognitive–behavioral approaches, Decision-making approaches, Social-support approaches, and Intrinsic approaches in order to provide the best possible outcome.
