One of the easiest ways to improve your health is by increasing the amount of physical activity you perform throughout the day. Try these basic steps to help reduce sedentary behaviors and get more physical activity:

Take the stairs as often as possible.

During commercial breaks do exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, leg lunges, and leg squats

Do yard work or housework

Don’t use the drive-up window for the bank, fast food, coffee, etc. Park the car and walk to the establishment.
